Yeah my last apartment my roommate and i never locked our doors because we were respectful of one another but with this guy it s a whole other story. Once you get out of the elevator take a left and head towards the locked door use your lockpick and get to the other side which is a contaminated area and the secret hidden chest is waiting for. Open locked door is very easy all you need to do is go and stand in front of the locked door and see how much lockpicks does it request for and then perform the open key to enter inside.
